Refund policy

As all of our personalised blankets are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect spelling, size or colour selections. Please carefully check all personalisation and selections before approving and placing your order.

If your blanket arrives faulty or there has been an error on our part, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will happily arrange a resolution.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if we consider the requested content to be inappropriate.
