Your blanket arrives freshly washed, dried and pressed, ready to use.

To wash your blanket, machine wash on a gentle cycle, separating light and dark colours. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach.

Absolutely! If you have an idea of your own, or would like a small change to one of our existing designs, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

We can also change a blanket design from portrait to landscape. Simply place your order, then email us with your order number and request.

We’re located in Melbourne, Victoria. As we are an online store and don’t have a retail outlet, we're unable to offer pick-up from our knitting room. The good news is, delivery is free!

The name will read correctly on the front of your blanket. On the reverse, the name will appear backwards - a mirror image of the front and the colours will be reversed which is part of the knitting process.

Your blanket will be carefully washed, pressed and folded, then packaged in a complimentary drawstring bag. If you're sending it directly as a gift, you can also include a personal message on our gift card.

Our personalised blankets are knitted from 100% Australian soft cotton, chosen for its softness, comfort and durability. It's beautifully soft against delicate skin, making it perfect for babies, children and adults alike.

Mistakes happen! Contact us as soon as possible and, if we haven't started knitting your blanket, we'll happily make a change for you.

Once production has commenced, unfortunately we're unable to make changes. As every blanket is made to order, please check your name, size and colour choices carefully before placing your order. We're always happy to help if you're unsure about anything.

Once dispatched, standard delivery with Australia Post takes approximately 2-7 business days, while Express delivery takes approximately 1-2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
