We work hard to match our yarn colours for screens, unfortunately it is not an exact science. Your blanket has already been carefully washed, dried and pressed ready for you or your loved one to snuggle straight away! We don’t use any nasty chemicals in any of our manufacturing processes. Our blankets are super soft and super safe!! Hypoallergenic, perfect for babies delicate skin

To wash your custom blanket, simply pop in your machine on a gentle wash separating light and dark colours as usual. Tumble Dry on a low heat. Do not bleach.

We can change your personalised blanket from Portait to Landscape as you require. Simply contact us by email the moment you have completed your design, providing the order number and your request. We absolutely want to help you create the perfect personalised baby gift or special custom blanket for your little one.

We’re located in Melbourne, Victoria. As we are an online store and don’t have a retail outlet, we cannot facilitate pick-ups of our personalised name blankets from our knitting room at this point. Don’t worry, because delivery is FREE.

We Love the Name you chose for your little one, each name is precious. The process of knitting only allows one side of your custom baby blanket to display the name correctly. The reverse of the blanket will show the name inverted and the colours reversed.

Your blanket will be beautifully washed, pressed, folded and presented in a stunning complimentary draw string bag. It’s then packed in a weather proof satchel to protect it, all the way from our Knitting Room to your Front Door. If your blanket is a personalised baby gift, being sent directly to a friend or family member, you can add a special message on our complimentary gift card.

Our custom name blankets are knitted in 100% super soft pure pima cotton. Pima cotton has longer fibres than cheaper cotton providing strength for longevity and additional luxurious softness. As a family with children of our own, we understand and do not use any harmful chemicals. Your blanket will be safe for cuddling babies, with even the most sensitive skin.

We understand mistakes happen! Contact us immediately and if your knitted baby blanket is yet to commence knitting we will make the change for you. 

Unfortunately, if production has commenced, we cannot change the order. Please make sure you love your unique personalised name blanket before you confirm your order. We do not accept returns for change of mind, spelling mistakes or incorrect size or colour choices. Our blankets are made to order so please take your time designing and never hesitate to ask for help.

You’ve made your order, how exciting! Your blanket is so perfect we understand you don’t want to wait another minute for it to be delivered. That’s why our enthusiastic team of fabulous people work so hard to ensure every knitted baby gift or custom blanket order is shipped as quickly as possible.

All blankets are dispatched in 5 days or less from your order.

Once dispatched, Standard delivery with Australia Post takes approximately 2-7 business days. Express delivery 1-2 days. International takes a little longer and is dependant upon each countries postal system.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the Australia Post website.  

Sometimes things go wrong, delays can happen, so just send us an email and we will submit an enquiry to help you follow up your order or provide a replacement if required.

We sure did! We offer free Standard shipping within Australia with Australia Post for all orders, or you can select Express Post for an additional $9.

We can ship your blanket anywhere in the world for free. International shipping generally takes around 5-10 business days. 

Some countries will charge duties and taxes when the parcel arrives in that country, we do not cover these duties and taxes as they are to be covered by the recipient of the parcel.
